Frequently Asked Questions

My Pherpcoin balance disappeared.
First, force-close the app and reopen it. Balances sync from the server on launch. If your balance still looks wrong, email help@pherp.app with your username and approximate balance — we can check the transaction log.
My in-app purchase didn't go through.
Restore purchases from Settings → Restore Purchases. If the item still doesn't appear, the charge may not have completed — check your Apple or Google receipt. If the charge went through but the item didn't unlock, email us with the receipt and we'll fix it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us.
  • iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → pherp! → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → pherp! → Cancel
Friend requests aren't showing up.
Pull down on the Friends tab to refresh. If a specific friend's request still isn't appearing, double-check the friend code (case-sensitive) and try again. Make sure both of you have the latest version of the app.
I'm not getting push notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled at the system level — iPhone: Settings → Notifications → pherp!   Android: Settings → Apps → pherp! → Notifications. Then in the app, go to Profile → Settings → Notifications and confirm your preferences.
A Pherp Attack battle is stuck.
Force-close the app and reopen. Stuck battles automatically resolve after 60 seconds. If you lose Pherpcoin because of a stuck battle, email us — we refund.
How do I report another user?
Tap the user's profile, then tap the menu icon (•••) and select Report. Include a brief description. We review every report.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. For full instructions, see our Account Deletion page.
What ages is pherp for?
pherp is rated for users 13 and older. Yes, the humor is silly, but accounts can only be created by users 13+.
I have an idea for a new Pherpal / mini-game / sound.
